These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Website, hereinafter referred to as the “Website”, which has a purely informational and presentation character. 
 
The Website does not constitute an online store and no contracts are concluded automatically through it. Contracts may be concluded remotely outside the Website through individual agreement by email, telephone, or other mutually agreed means.

The Website presents the products and activities of the brand “JANKAR” Ltd. 
 
The Website allows users to send inquiries via a contact form regarding cosmetic products. 
 
All commercial relationships are carried out outside the Website in accordance with these Terms and the applicable Bulgarian legislation. 
 
The Trader may deliver products within the Republic of Bulgaria, EU Member States, and third countries, subject to individual agreement.

Descriptions do not constitute medical or dermatological advice. 
 
The Trader is not liable for damages caused by: 
• improper use; 
• use by persons under recommended age without supervision; 
• individual intolerance or allergies. 
 
Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent diseases. 
 
4. DEFINITIONS 
 
Website – jankar.eu and all related pages. 
Trader – “JANKAR” Ltd. 
User – any natural or legal person using the Website. 
Personal Data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. 
Inquiry – message sent via the contact form. 
Transaction – commercial agreement concluded outside the Website. 
 
5. CONTACT FORM 
 
Submitting an inquiry does not create a contractual relationship. 
 
Contracts are concluded only after explicit confirmation by the Trader.

Prices, delivery, payment and other conditions are agreed individually. 
 
Contracts may be concluded in Bulgarian or English. In case of discrepancies, the Bulgarian version prevails.

8. LIABILITY 
 
The Trader is not liable for:

COMPLAINTS 
 
Consumers may submit complaints by email at jankar@abv.bg. 
 
Valid complaints may result in repair, replacement or refund. 
 
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 
 
Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days from receipt. 
 
Return costs are borne by the Consumer unless agreed otherwise. 
 
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods. 
 
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 
 
All Website content is the property of “JANKAR” Ltd. and protected by law. 
 
DELIVERY 
 
Delivery terms are agreed individually. 
 
Risk passes to the recipient upon delivery. 
 
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

• misuse services; 
• upload malicious code; 
• attempt unauthorized access;
