Apply to a cotton or a cotton pad and gently remove the nail polish from the nails.

Directions for gel polish: Soak cotton or a cotton pad with the remover and place it on the nail. Wrap it with aluminum foil and wait 10 minutes for optimal results, then remove the foil and cotton with a twisting motion, pressing them against the nail.
